How far in advance should I book?

We typically book 2–3 weeks out. For busy seasons — like a grand opening, a product launch, or holiday content — we recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your date.

What do I need to prepare before shoot day?

Not much! After your strategy session you'll have a simple prep checklist — things like tidying your space, prepping any products you want featured, and thinking about your typical workflow. We handle the rest.

Do I need to be on camera?

Only if you want to be. We can build a full content library around your space, your products, and your team. That said, founder-led content performs incredibly well — we're happy to ease you into it if you're open to it.

What if I don't love the final edits?

We include one round of revision with every package. Full Bloom Box clients have unlimited revisions. Our strategy session is specifically designed to align expectations before we shoot so major surprises are rare.

Do you travel outside DC?

Yes! We're DC-based but available nationwide. Travel fees apply for locations outside the DMV area — just mention your location on the discovery call and we'll give you a clear quote.

Can I upgrade my package after booking?

Absolutely. If on shoot day you want to extend or add a location, just ask. We'll do our best to accommodate and invoice the difference.
